Time to Tour and Travel orchestrates your entire tour from beginning to end.  We can accommodate groups of 1 - 47 people on a single or multi-day event.  We provide tours of wineries and vineyards throughout Alabama.  Included is a Tour Guide, Transportation on a bus or tour bus, concierge service of catering your lunch needs, planning the winery appointsment and itinerary, coordinating lodging and other activities requested.  We will ensure your catered needs are arranged and setup to your specifications using a menu chosen by you.  Also, you will receive a winery tour booklet listing the wineries and a map of the wineries in Alabama.  Finally, your entry tickets to all winery tasting rooms and/or winery facility tours are included.  (There will be an additional fee for winery tasting, lunch, lodging if applicable).  See the pricing page for pricing.

We create and organize educational student travel for children in 3rd - 12th grade with the support of our certified teachers who accompany us on the adventurous trips.  Leading in educational travel, our knowledgeable tour experts create and organize the itineraries as well as manage the bookings and payments.  Ensuring all student tours are lead by certified teachers holding a teaching certification from the State of Alabama, we provide a safe and secure environment so that both parents and children feel a sense of security while children are away from home.  Your children will enjoy a fun-filled excursion while you get the peace of knowing they are in good hands.  Parents are welcome to accompany their children on these tours at the same rate as a student.

We enjoy taking high school students on college tours in the Southeast where they can have an informative face-to-face encounter with some colleges of interest.  Our college tours are affordable, informative, and convenient.  We offer both pre-planned and customized college tours for high school students.  Our tours include: admission information sessions on every visit, a college campus led walking tour, same day/overnight/multiple night visits, groups of up to 47 students, we travel all throughout the SouthEast.  Our student tours are geared toward students in grades 9-12.  Parents are welcome to accompany their children on these tours at the same student rate.
